Magnitude 3.8 earthquake rattles East Bay

A magnitude 3.8 earthquake rattled the East Bay on Thursday morning, followed by a flurry of smaller shakes. The U.S. Geological Survey said the trio of seismic events was centered just north of San Leandro, near the city line with Oakland.
