Frontloader hot wired in Vegas | West Coast Wrap

Police confronted a driver in Las Vegas after it was reported he was trying to hot-wire equipment at a construction site. They say the suspect tried to run over a police officer with the heavy equipment. Body-cam footage shows the equipment ramming a patrol vehicle.
