Tensions rise ahead of possible Iran peace talks
Tensions are rising in the Strait of Hormuz as the U.S.-Iran ceasefire is set to expire on Wednesday. This past Saturday, Iran closed the strait and fired at two commercial vessels claiming the U.S. was not upholding its side of the agreement. On Sunday U.S. Marines seized an Iranian cargo ship for violating the American blockade of Iran's ports.
