Four Californians monitored for hantavirus exposure on cruise ship and plane

The California health director said the state was notified of four California residents who possibly were exposed to the Andes hantavirus that caused the deadly cruise ship outbreak. Dr. Erica Pan, the state health director, says three were passengers on the cruise ship. One was an airplane passenger who sat next to an infected person from the ship.
