East Bay family of 15-yr-old killed frustrated with criminal justice system

The family of a 15-year-old boy shot and killed by a 17-year-old suspect is frustrated with the criminal justice system.  They're disappointed and frustrated that a judge decided to try the suspect as a juvenile and not as an adult.
