Flooding in Marin County's low-lying areas

Low-lying areas of Marin County continue to be challenged and clobbered by localized flooding that just won't quit. KTVU's Tom Vacar is in Larkspur's Lagoon and Creekside marina neighborhood, where flooding has plagued the area since Friday.
