California shootout leaves former Howard University student dead, police officer hurt

A shootout in Pasadena ended with an alleged gunman dead and a police officer hurt. Rose Webster, his grandmother, said her grandson, Malcom Buchanan, attended Howard University but suffered from mental health issues.
