Tech titans trial: Sam Altman attends, Elon Musk skips closing arguments,
The Musk v. Altman trial has now gone to the 9-member jury for deliberations, after a long day of closing arguments. Elon Musk, who filed the lawsuit was not in court Thursday. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and President Greg Brockman did attend, and their attorney BIll Savitt drew the jury's attention to that, claiming it showed that they cared about the case. Musk has accused them of a "breach of charitable trust" and "unjust enrichment," for turning the non-profit he co-founded with them into a for-profit subsidiary.
