Oakland officials hosting town halls amid new police chief search

The city of Oakland is holding a series of community forums asking for the public to weigh in on what they'd like to see in a new police chief. KTVU sat down with Angela Jackson-Castain, the Oakland Police Commissioner and member of the Chief Search Ad-Hoc Committee about the ongoing search.
