Woman arrested after car fire, swung stick at Oakland officer: witness

Oakland police congregated on international Boulevard near 73rd and 78th avenues. A witness told KTVU that a woman suffering a mental health crisis started a car fire, prompting 911 calls. Arriving officers confronted the woman, who the witness said was "swinging a large stick" and one officer was struck. The woman was taken into custody.
