North Bay braces for brunt of incoming storm

Crews were out Tuesday in the North Bay clearing debris and preparing for an incoming atmospheric river that could bring major flooding, downed trees and power lines. Pacific Gas and Electric said it will have more than 5,000 workers deployed during high winds to respond to outages and damaged equipment.
