Mount Tam watershed and roads closed due to storm
MARIN COUNTY, Calif. (BCN) - The Mount Tamalpais Watershed will be closed to the public starting Sunday, water officials said.
According to Marin Municipal Water District officials, the closure is due to increased risk of mudslides, rock slides, falling trees and failed stream crossings.
Multiple roads and gates in and around the watershed will also be closed.
The watershed, roads and gates will reopen to the public after the storm passes and crews can cleanup debris.
