Based on data compiled by Credible, current mortgage refinance rates either fell or held steady, with the exception of 15-year rates, which rose precipitously.

Daily fluctuations are normal across all mortgage refinance rates but 15-year rates have been particularly volatile in July, making some big jumps up and down.
