1 dead, 2 hurt in San Francisco shooting; police searching for suspect
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN/KTVU) - Police are searching for a suspect after three people were shot, one fatally, Saturday night in the 2000 block of Mission Street, police said.
San Francisco police Officer Joseph Tomlinson said officers in that area heard gunshots about 8:45 p.m., and almost immediately found three people on the ground along Mission Street.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Tomlinson said; the other two, one with life-threatening injuries, were taken to a nearby hospital.
Investigators have not identified a possible motive or released a suspect description.
