(BCN) - At least one person died late Saturday night when a vehicle went into an embankment in unincorporated Contra Costa County.
At 11:02 p.m., California Highway Patrol dispatchers received a report that a vehicle went into an embankment along northbound San Pablo Dam Road, just west of Camino Pablo and near Orinda, according to CHP officials.
A CHP helicopter initially had trouble locating the exact location of the vehicle. Once officers were able to locate it, they reported the vehicle had gotten stuck in a tree.
