13-year-old boy shot to death in Oakland: police
A 13-year-old was killed Tuesday night, Oakland police said, responding to a report of a shooting in the 2600 block of Seminary Avenue.
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified him as Anibal Andres Ramirez of Oakland.
No suspects have been arrested.
