16-year-old hospitalized in San Jose shooting, suspects flee

SAN JOSE, Calif. (BCN) - Police are investigating a shooting that hospitalized a teenager this evening in San Jose.
Just before 7 p.m., the San Jose Police Department announced via Twitter that they were investigating a person shot in the 900 block of Boynton Avenue at 6:26 p.m.
At 8:48 p.m., police announced that a 16-year-old boy was being treated at a hospital.
Three suspects, described as Hispanic males, may have fled the scene in a red car, according to police.
