OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - The Oakland Police Missing Persons Unit is investigating the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl.
Jocelyn Polk was last seen on Monday, heading towards Lake Merritt and possibly going to a Starbucks.
She's 5'2'', 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing a pink sweater and light blue jeans with a white backpack.
