2 people, including child, injured in fiery car crash

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Fire officials are investigating a fiery car crash in Oakland that injure two people, including a child.

It happened a little before 2:30 Sunday morning on Picardy Drive and 55th Avenue.

Firefighters say the car hit a street sign and a wall, and then caught fire.

It is unclear what led up to the crash.

Firefighters say a man and child were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
