Oscar award winning actress Kate Winslet is taking a stand against photoshopping.
The 40-year-old actress told E News this weekend, that her contract with L'oreal cosmetics includes a clause forbidding them from photoshopping her ads.
Winslet has been outspoken against significant retouching in the past, even asking for photos to be reverted to their original form after seeing changed made in post-production.
"I think we have a responsibility to the younger generation of women. I think they do look to magazines, they do look to women who have been successful in their chosen careers. I want to be one of those women who are telling the truth about who I am."
Winslet went on to say she hopes others will follow in her footsteps and negotiate similar clauses in their modeling and spokesperson contracts.
