All lanes blocked on SB Highway 13 due to fallen tree

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - All lanes are blocked on southbound Highway 13 near Redwood in Oakland due to a fallen tree.

CHP Oakland advises drivers to use an alternate route.
