Berkeley fire appears to be under control
BERKELEY, Calif. (KTVU) - A fire burning near Virginia Street in Berkeley appears to be under control Friday morning.
Large plumes of black smoke were filling the air.
The smoke could be seen from eastbound 80 and was slowing traffic in the area.
Additional details have not been released.
