Body recovered from Lake Chabot in Castro Valley
CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (BCN) - A body has been recovered from Lake Chabot in Castro Valley Friday afternoon, according to the East Bay Regional Park District.
The body was spotted by a park user near the middle of the lake and recovered by parks officials, according to district spokeswoman Carolyn Jones.
The Alameda County coroner's bureau has been called to the scene.
