Cal Poly football honors Jake Javier
The Cal Poly football team tweeted out a touching photo to show their support for Jake Javier and a benefit planned in his honor this weekend.
18-year-old Jake Javier was paralyzed after diving into a pool the night before his graduation from San Ramon Valley High School.
Jake was supposed to play football for Cal Poly in the fall.
The Cal Poly Football coaches tweeted out a photo showing the players standing in formation spelling out Jake's name.
