Car overturns, van involved in SB 101 crash in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (BCN) - All lanes of southbound U.S. Highway 101 near Brokaw Road in San Jose are open again following a vehicle fire, California Highway Patrol officials said. 

The fire, which occurred after a vehicle overturned, was reported just before 5 p.m. on Highway 101 just north of Brokaw Road and had all but one lane blocked during a good portion of the evening's commute. 

Minor injuries were reported, according to the CHP.
