Car set on fire in Richmond BART station parking lot
RICHMOND, Calif. (KTVU) - Officials are investigating an arson in the parking lot of the Richmond BART station.
BART says the Richmond Fire Department responded to a car on fire at 3:06 a.m. Sunday.
Security cameras captured a suspect, and BART says the suspect is a repeat offender in the area.
