CHP investigating fatal crash in Castro Valley
(KTVU/BCN) - The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash on 164th Avenue in Castro Valley.
The incident was first reported Sunday at 5:54 a.m.
A vehicle crashed into a concrete barrier, according to the CHP.
The crash closed down 164th Avenue in both directions.
