CHP investigating overnight deadly hit-&-run in SJ
SAN JOSE, Calif. (KTVU) - The CHP investigated a deadly hit-and-run on Interstate 101 in San Jose early Thursday morning, said authorities.
Officers received a call at about 1 a.m., about a body on the roadway at Southbound 101 at Tully Road.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the man's injuries were consistent of being hit by a vehicle.
The victim was described as being in his mid to late 40s.
The ramp to Interstate 101 was closed overnight, as officers investigated the scene.
The CHP is now asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
