COPY-BREAKING: Police responding to REPORT of a shot fired at Walter Reed Medical Center

Montgomery County police are responding to a report of a shot fired at the Walter Reed Medical Center campus in Bethesda.

On Twitter, police say that officers have not confirmed the initial report of a shot fired that came in around 10:48 a.m.

Aerial images from the scene show law enforcement vehicles on the campus. Gates to the campus have been closed to traffic.
