Sure, so far, their offers have only been made on Twitter. But rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs, Warriors star Steph Curry and former 49ers Colin Kaepernick have indicated their interest in buying the Carolina Panthers.

Before Kaepernick tweeted "I want in on the ownership group," on Monday, Diddy had pledged to hire the former Niners quarterback, who hasn't been hired since his controversial national anthem protest.

On Instagram, he said he'd let Kaepernick compete with the Panthers' QB Cam Newton for starting position.

“I will immediately address the Colin Kaepernick situation and put him in the running for next year’s starting quarterback,” Diddy said in a video. "It’s just competition, baby. It’s just competition."

For his part, Curry, who grew up in North Carolina and is a huge Panthers fan, tweeted, "I want in."

To which Diddy repsonded: "Holla at me. Let's get it!"

All the talk is because Jerry Richardson, following allegations of misconduct, announced he will be selling the Carolina Panthers.
