Driver hits mother, child in Oakland, leaves scene
OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - A vehicle hit a mother and child in Oakland Thursday morning before leaving the scene.
The hit and run occurred around 8:05 a.m. in the area of 47th and Foothill.
The mother and child suffered bruises and scrapes,
