Great Shakeout: Here's what you do in a California earthquake.

DUBLIN, Calif. - A 3.4-magnitude earthquake jolted the East Bay Friday morning. 

The U.S. Geological Survey reported a small earthquake striking just south of Dublin around 10:30 a.m. 

Minutes later, at 10:33 a.m. the USGS reported a 3.1 earthquake, this time just north of Dublin.
