A large wildfire in Sonoma County has forced 90 people to evacuate their homes. More hot, dry weather has firefighters concerned Monday.

Firefighters are battling the fire that has grown to over 1,500 acres in unincorporated Sonoma County, Cal Fire officials said. Officials said Monday evening that the fire was 45 percent contained.

It is reportedly growing and changing rapidly.

The fire was first reported around 11 a.m., a dispatcher with the Cloverdale Fire Protection District said.

It was not immediately clear if any injuries have been reported. No other information was immediately available.
