Ex-boyfriend turns himself in after San Jose fire

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KTVU) - San Jose police now have a suspect in custody from Monday's early morning suspicious fire.
Richard Castillo turned himself in to police later that day saying he was responsible for the fire on Hamilton Park Drive.
He said he was angry with his ex-girlfriend, and he set the fire at her house.
Castillo is being held on $150,000 bail.
The woman, and her two pets safely got out of the house , but the home is badly damaged. She told KTVU that her ex-boyfriend had broken into the home and doused it with gasoline.
