Fairfield teacher suspected of having inappropriate relationship with teen
FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KTVU) -- A Fairfield high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old student.
Police say they started investigating 27-year-old Eric Hankins in December, when the school district found out about the allegations.
He was placed on administrative leave during the investigation, and arrested Thursday at his home.
Hankins teaches science at Fairfield High School.
