Fire burns 2 Bay Point homes, displaces 6 people
BAY POINT, Calif. (BCN) - A two-alarm fire in Bay Point displaced at least six people early Saturday morning, according to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
The fire occurred at a home on Pullman Avenue, fire officials said on Twitter at 1:42 a.m.
The blaze spread to two homes, according to fire officials.
Firefighters were eventually able to knock down the fire.
One person suffered from smoke inhalation, fire officials said.
Investigators believe the fire caused about $385,000 in damage.
Fire officials did not say whether a cause for the fire has been determined.
