Firefighters extinguish one-alarm fire near Oakland Coliseum

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU/BCN) - Firefighters are working to extinguish a fire tonight near the Oakland Coliseum, a fire dispatcher said. 

The one-alarm fire was reported at 10:41 p.m. near Hegenberger Road and San Leandro Street, Oakland Fire Department said.  

The Oakland Athletics hosted a Star Wars Fireworks show after their game on Friday. They posted a video of the fireworks on social media, but then quickly deleted that tweet. A user on social media took a screen grab of the tweet posted at 10:46 p.m. right as the fire erupted. It is not clear if the fireworks was what caused the blaze.

No other details were immediately available.
