Firefighters responding to house fire in Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, Calif. (BCN) - Firefighters are at the scene of a house fire this afternoon in Pleasanton.
The fire was first reported at around 2:30 p.m. at a home near Mason Street and Denker Drive, according to Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Miller.
The fire appeared to be coming from the garage of the home.
The home sustained extensive interior damage as a result of the blaze, Miller said.
Further details about the blaze were not immediately available.
