Firm offers avocado toast to anyone who takes out loan in July

SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU) - A mortgage company has a unique promotion to get millenials to buy homes.

San Francisco based wealth management firm SoFi will give anyone who takes out a mortgage in July a month's worth of avocado toast delivered straight to their door.

The gimmick comes after an Australian property mogul said avocado toast is the reason millenials can't afford to buy homes.
