Jeffrey Aspillera is accused of embezzling $100,000 over a three year period.

FOSTER CITY, Calif. - A former San Mateo police officer has been charged with embezzling over $100,000 from a little league.

Jeffrey Aspillera allegedly misappropriated the funds over a course of three years while serving as a treasurer for the Foster City Little League.

Police said Aspillera used the funds for Costco purchases, snorkel gear, a new TV, and an Apple watch.
