Fremont peeping Tom spotted outside window
FREMONT (BCN) - Police are investigating an alleged peeping Tom spotted Tuesday in Fremont.
A woman at an address in the 400 block of Rancho Arroyo Parkway reported the incident.
The female victim spotted a man peering into her window, watching her, and screamed. After that the suspect fled the scene, according to police.
He's described as a Hispanic male with short dark hair, a mustache and dark eyes.
