Friends of Faith walk raises money for fight against breast cancer
OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - In 1997 KTVU reporter Faith Fancher was diagnosed with breast cancer.
She turned her battle into a public forum to raise awareness about the disease until her death in 2003 at the age of 53.
Saturday The Friends of Faith Walk is being held at Oakland's Lake Merritt.
The walk raises money benefiting low-income women with breast cancer.
