Golden State Warriors have a new look

The Warriors unveiled next year's uniforms.

SAN FRANCISCO - The Golden State Warriors will have a new look when they defend their NBA championship next season.

The Warriors showed off their new "statement edition" look for next season, which bears the same Cal Bears colors.

This will be the first time since 1975, that the phrase Golden State is prominently displayed across the team’s jersey.

The Warriors officially became the Golden State Warriors in 1971.
