Heavily-tattooed Nordstrom Rack armed-robbery suspect in custody

An armed-robbery suspect with several distinct facial tattoos is now in custody, according to Pleasant Hill Police Department.

Charles Frederick Justus, 22, of Hayward was taken into custody on Wednesday, April 13 by agents working for the U.S. Marshals Service along with Tehama County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

The Marshals were tipped off to Justus’ whereabouts at a residence near Corning, California.

When authorities arrived, Justus fled on foot. The suspect was tracked for two and a half hours before being apprehended.

Pleasant Hill police said Justus committed an armed robbery at a Nordstrom Rack store on April 5.
