Homeless man reunited with family
VACAVILLE, Calif. - A man who had been living on the streets of Vacaville is getting a second chance.
According to the Vacaville Police, the department's Community Response Unit began working with a homeless man named Gabriel.
Officers were able to connect Gabriel with his family in Hawaii who very much wanted him to come home.
With a grant from the Brendan-Mann Foundation, Gabriel was re-united with his family in Hawaii.
He now has a place to live and a job working on his family's coffee farm.
