Interstate 280 in San Francisco reopens after deadly early morning accident

SAN FRANCISCO (KTVU/BCN) - The California Highway Patrol this morning is reporting all lanes of northbound Interstate Highway 280 in San Francisco have reopened following a fatal collision.
A Sig-alert issued by the CHP has been canceled.
The CHP is reporting a vehicle struck a pedestrian on the highway at the Ocean Avenue onramp.
The incident was first reported at 1:53 a.m., and all lanes reopened just before 3:50 a.m.
