Julie Haener getting better, visiting old friends

KTVU's Julie Haener is feeling better as she recovers from surgery on her small intestine.

This week she had lunch with meteorologist Bill Martin and former co-anchor Dennis Richmond.

Dennis is recovering from back surgery.

Julie jokingingly called the two of them the "walking wounded."
