Lawyer for defendant in teen suicide suit says case might need to be moved due to pre-trial
SAN JOSE (BCN) - A defense attorney Wednesday asked a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge in San Jose to consider moving a wrongful death trial for two young men accused of driving a 15-year-old girl to suicide after sexually assaulting her in 2012 because of pre-trial publicity.
