Major delay on BART's Richmond line

RICHMOND, Calif. (BCN) - A major delay exists this evening on BART's Richmond line because of an equipment problem on the track, BART officials said. 

As of 5:08 p.m. the delay was in the Fremont, Richmond and Millbrae directions.
