Man arrested for breaking window at Concord Police Department

Early Wednesday morning a man went to the Concord Police Department and threw a large rock through a front window of the main lobby. 

The incident occurred at 12:50 a.m.

Concord police said the man, identified as 24-year-old Jose Angel Gasca of Concord was arrested.

He was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and vandalism. Police think he was high on meth.

He was booked and is now at the Martinez Detention Facility.
